Bead Club operates strictly as an offline-first local utility for perler and pixel bead enthusiasts:

• No Remote Servers: We do not deploy backend cloud servers to receive, store, or process your personal images or generated bead patterns.
• On-Device Computation: Algorithms for pixel conversion, palette matching, and color isolation execute exclusively on your local device CPU/GPU.
• Zero Network Uploads: Creating, editing, and previewing pattern projects requires no active internet connection and consumes no mobile cellular data.

2. System Permissions and Usage

To allow importing photos and saving pattern charts, Bead Club requests only the following minimal permissions:

2.1 Photo Library Read Access (Photo Picker)

• Purpose: When you tap “Import Photo”, the application invokes the standard system photo picker, enabling you to select a single reference picture.
• Boundary: We only receive access to the specific image file you explicitly choose. Bead Club never scans, indexes, traverses, or accesses any other photos or videos in your library.
• Retention: Selected images are cached locally within the application sandbox solely to render your active pattern project. You can delete projects and associated local cache at any time.

2.2 Photo Library Save / Write Access

• Purpose: When you tap “Export Pattern”, the application saves the rendered high-resolution PNG pattern chart (including grid coordinates) into your device Photos app.
• Boundary: This permission is utilized strictly for one-way output of your exported diagram, without reading existing photos in your library.

2.3 Camera Permission Policy

• Bead Club does not request or access camera hardware. If you wish to use a newly taken photo, simply capture it using your device’s default camera app first, then import it via the photo picker.

3. Online Accounts and Third-Party SDKs

• No Account Required: Bead Club requires no sign-ups, passwords, phone numbers, or email registrations.
• No Ad or Tracking SDKs: The app contains zero commercial advertisement SDKs, analytics trackers, or user profiling frameworks.

4. Data Deletion

All projects generated in Bead Club reside exclusively inside the application sandbox:

1. You may delete individual pattern projects directly within the app at any time;
2. Uninstalling the Bead Club application triggers the host operating system to permanently purge all local databases and project cache files.
