Huanzhi Tech General Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount to us. As an independent software studio, Huanzhi Tech is dedicated to building transparent, trustworthy, and local-first utilities.

1. Core Principle: Local-First

All applications developed by Huanzhi Tech adhere to strict local-first standards:

Data Stays On-Device: Journal entries, mood logs, craft diagrams, and personal photos remain solely within your local device storage by default.
Zero Cloud Uploads: We operate no central servers to collect, harvest, or profile your personal files and creative work.
No Account Required: You can enjoy full core capabilities without registering or signing in to any cloud account.
User-Controlled Export: You maintain complete sovereignty over your data and can export backups at any time in standard formats.

2. Product-Specific Privacy Policies

Different utilities have distinct system permission boundaries. We provide dedicated policies for specialized workflows:

Grid Diary: Offline journaling tool; requires no camera, photo library, or network permissions.
Bead Club (pindou-she): Local photo-to-pixel bead pattern utility; utilizes photo selection and export permissions. Please review the detailed Bead Club Privacy Policy.

3. Limited Information We May Receive

We may only interact with limited information in specific scenarios:

3.1 Customer Inquiries and Support

When you proactively contact developer support via app store developer portals or our support channels, we may receive your message and device platform details strictly to resolve reported issues.

3.2 Anonymous System Crash Logs

In the event of severe software errors, platform developer consoles (such as Apple App Store Connect or Google Play Console) may collect anonymized stack traces. These never contain your journal text or personal photographs.

4. Your Rights

Complete Erasure: Uninstalling the application prompts your operating system to erase its private sandbox storage completely.
Portability: Built-in export tools allow you to generate portable files and move your data wherever you wish.
